5.25.2012 Noodle Bowl - KHB girls take the championships! We played a tough game and we prevailed in the end. Shoutout to my girls Miseth, Bernadette, Karen, Caroline, Jamie, Victoria, Julie, Nyrah, and Kristelle for making this amazing team. The boys took the loss against CTC but we know for a fact that this only made our family stronger. I love this club. I’ve known some of you for three years & it’s going to be hard to leave.

5.18.2012 Dance Team Banquet - Dance banquet 2011 & 2012. My last dance team banquet @Dino’s East with my team, bittersweet. But nonetheless, I can leave with so many new lessons, experiences, and friends. Especially Kristelle & Soobin. Without dance, we would’ve never been this close, or friends at all even. Sharing my last banquet with Kristelle was brutal. Especially trying to retake 2011 pics without Soobinny. </3 Kristelle, you know we’ll always be neighbors despite the distance! I love you, kumbs.

LTHS VARSITY DANCER - Peep my sweater game. Graduating as a two-year Varsity dancer is honestly one of the best achievements of my high school career. It’s surreal that I’m leaving in a week & then it’s high gear for college at that point. I love my team & I’ll always love to dance. “Hoo, ha, you wish you were an Indian!”

Got fitted for my Prom dress today, never felt better. I showed my oldest brother pictures we took at the seamstresses place & he was like, “DAT FAT ASS.”

So I wanna get a job. But then I realized that commuting to the Watertower for a job everyday in the summer would be a bitch ‘cause I’d hafta stay late as balls & then commute back home by myself. I can’t even walk from my neighborhood park to my house without being scared for my life. Ugh, what to dooooooo?

My lolo & I were eating Pinakbet together @the dinner table and he just told me these stories about being poor in a province of Pangasinan. How his ‘Nanay’ was only a dressmaker and his ‘Tatay’ was a seasonal merchant. How he has four brothers, four sisters. How his brother was supposed to have a twin sister but the what we call, “midwife,” didn’t know there were twins so she died. & how they would have to run in the sugarcane plantations to hide during WWII against the Japanese because of the bombs. Oh, & of course his strong Filipino accent intensified this story. My lolo likes to show me his bullet wounds from the Vietnam war when he served for the Phils. Isn’t he the greatest?　

What some people think is flirting, I find them as turn offs. Ah, I’m so picky now. #foreveravailable.　

5.12.2012 Hilton Hotel Sleepover - Oh, just my ‘Gabe Bondoc’ & I being fooooools on our little ‘photoshoot.’ First one was a picture shot to test the angle of the camera for our video (here) & it happened to take 10 pictures instead. Second one was noticing the perfection right behind each other. I love you, BVillanueva! <3
